How to donate your handmade items to Glendra’s Love:
Donation guidelines:
- The item must be new and never worn
- The item must be created in a smoke free area
- The item must be free of any perfumes
- The item must be free of any pet hair
- The item must be placed individually in clear plastic bags, i.e. ziplock bags
- The item must be made from a soft yarn such as acrylic, cotton, silk, or fleece. Please avoid using any wool or alpaca because they have been know to cause scalp irritation.
- The item must be made with clean hands so be sure to wash your hands regularly while making handmade items.
- When making hats please be sure that the stitch is tight in order to cover the scalp, avoid using pattern with gaps, large holes, or lace patterns.

- Hats
- Scarves
- Blankets with matching small pillow
- Prayer Shawls
- Be creative, we accept a variety of items that are handmade any in order to gift to a person fighting cancer. For example, a crochet teal or zebra striped ribbon pin to support ovarian cancer and neuroendocrine tumor cancer awareness.

- Glendra’s Love is a 501(c)3, through MACAA, so all donations are tax deductible.
